This Policy sets out the conditions for withdrawal, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on our website and official channels. It complements—without replacing—our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.


1. Scope

This Policy applies to products purchased directly from Qmed Swiss SA. For purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces, please contact the point of sale directly; their return policies will apply.


2. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you—or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier—acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right, send a clear statement (e.g., by email) to support@qmedswiss.ch before the period expires. You may (but do not have to) use the Model withdrawal form at the end of this page.

Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.


3. Returns for purchases in Switzerland

For purchases made in Switzerland, Qmed Swiss SA voluntarily offers a 14-day return period from delivery, under the same operational conditions as section 2 (return shipping at the customer’s expense unless due to defect or shipping error).

This commercial policy does not limit any rights under applicable Swiss warranty laws.


4. Condition of returned products

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must:

  • be unused, undamaged, and complete;

  • be returned in its original packaging, including all seals, manuals, and accessories;

  • include any free gifts or promotional items that came with the order.

We reserve the right to apply a deduction for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


5. Exceptions and non-returnable items

Unless there is a lack of conformity/defect, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products;

  • Sealed products not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery;

  • Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun with your consent;

  • Gift cards or vouchers.


6. Defective or non-conforming products

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or does not match your order:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for transport damage—or as soon as you discover the defect—at support@qmedswiss.ch, attaching photos/videos and your order number.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, spare parts (where applicable), or a refund, in line with applicable law (e.g., the legal guarantee of conformity for EU consumers).

In these cases, return and re-shipping costs are borne by us.


7. How to return: step-by-step

  1. Request authorization (RMA): email support@qmedswiss.ch with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. Receive instructions and return address: we will provide your RMA and the appropriate logistics address.

  3. Pack properly: use the original packaging inside a suitable outer box; remove old labels; include a copy of the RMA.

  4. Ship with tracking: use a tracked courier and keep the receipt.

  5. Quality check and refund/exchange: upon receipt, we perform checks within 5–7 business days; refunds are processed in accordance with section 8.


8. Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (unless technical or legal constraints require a different route).

Posting times vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund).

For orders with premium delivery, we refund standard delivery costs only.

Any taxes, duties, or customs charges are not refundable by Qmed Swiss SA; where possible, you may seek recovery from the relevant authorities.


9. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange (size/color/model), indicate this in your RMA request.

Availability depends on stock. Otherwise, we will process a refund and you may place a new order.


10. Multi-item orders, gifts, and bundles

For partial returns of orders with bundles or conditional discounts, the refund will be recalculated based on the amount actually paid for the returned item and the remaining promotional conditions.

Free gifts linked to the purchase must be returned; otherwise, their value may be deducted from the refund.


11. International returns (customs)

For returns shipped from/to non-EU countries:

Clearly mark documents with “Return of goods – no commercial value.”

Any duties and charges are borne by the sender, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.


12. Processing of personal data

Personal data provided to manage returns and refunds are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (e.g., identification data, contact details, transaction data).
